Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return:
- The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide either the receipt or proof of purchase email confirmation.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Please contact us at Customercare@anomalyretro.com to start the return process.
- Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Please note, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
- Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Some items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
- Personal care goods (beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

- Note: We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Custom Made/ Made to order or Modified Devices
- Custom ordered systems are not eligible for return.
- If your custom build arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact our support email for further assistance
- All custom made/modified devices are covered for 30 days of from the date of delivery, provided the damage or malfunction isn't due to buyer negligence (e.g., drops or spills).
Exchanges
- To get the item you want quickly, return your current item first. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
- We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. You'll be informed about:
- The approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, how and when your refund will be processed.
