Return and Refund Policy

At Anomaly Retro, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we accept returns and issue refunds for video game consoles, parts, and accessories purchased from our website.

Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return:

The item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.
You must provide either the receipt or proof of purchase email confirmation.

How to Initiate a Return:

Once your return is approved, we will email you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note, returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Custom Made/ Made to order or Modified Devices

Custom ordered systems are not eligible for return.
- If your custom build arrives Dead on Arrival (DOA), please contact our support email for further assistance
- All custom made/modified devices are covered for 30 days of from the date of delivery, provided the damage or malfunction isn't due to buyer negligence (e.g., drops or spills).

Exchanges

To get the item you want quickly, return your current item first. Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. You'll be informed about:
